15Then he returned to the man of God, he and all his company; he came and stood before him and said, Now I know that there is no God in all the earth except in Israel; please accept a present from your servant. 16But he said, As the Lord lives, whom I serve, I will accept nothing! He urged him to accept, but he refused. 17Then Naaman said, If not, please let two mule-loads of earth be given to your servant; for your servant will no longer offer burnt offering or sacrifice to any god except the Lord. 18But may the Lord pardon your servant on one count: when my master goes into the house of Rimmon to worship there, leaning on my arm, and I bow down in the house of Rimmon, when I do bow down in the house of Rimmon, may the Lord pardon your servant on this one count. 19He said to him, Go in peace. 1Hear my cry, O God; listen to my prayer.
2From the end of the earth I call to you, when my heart is faint. Lead me to the rock that is higher than I;
3for you are my refuge, a strong tower against the enemy.
4Let me abide in your tent forever, find refuge under the shelter of your wings. Selah
5For you, O God, have heard my vows; you have given me the heritage of those who fear your name.
6Prolong the life of the king; may his years endure to all generations!
7May he be enthroned forever before God; appoint steadfast love and faithfulness to watch over him!
8So I will always sing praises to your name, as I pay my vows day after day.
